Two jobs, full time study, multiple hobbies, running social clubs, and now running a business - it was a lot sometimes! And yet, somehow I've always tried to prioritise my personal development and care. I'm not saying it's easy - most of the time self-care has looked like a Schitt's Creek or New Girl episode with an easy dinner!
